Our Company, through her wholly owned subsidiary Mandai Link Logistics Pte Ltd, has built a cold-room at Mandai Link.  The cold-room will be used for our internal storage purpose, as well as for renting out to external customers. 

Mandai Link cold-room has a total storage capacity of more than 25,000MT and a height of about 30m. Advance Automated Storage and Retrieval System (“ASRS”) from Europe have been installed in this large cold-room. This advance inventory management system and automated equipments will provide us with increasing inventory control and tracking and creating greater storage density, resulting in a significant improvement in warehouse space utilisation.
